Thanks to Phil Stahl for the chance to be the WPFS Featured Performer of the Week at his VIP Tap Room 'Phil Stahl Show and Open Mic'. I did a live recording that I've titled, well, 'Live in Bethlehem'. Phil did live recording engineering, and a surprise sit-in drummer, Chris, added great drums on about a half-dozen tunes. I'm happy with the effort and I'm sharing a lot of the songs on my Tom Cooney Music Media Page. My originals "One Place to Go", "The Prodigal Friend", and "Crown Vic" are highly recommended. Dylan's "If Dogs Run Free" is a great bluesy, jazzy tune also. Enjoy!

Had a wonderful gig at Java Good Day Cafe in East Greenville, PA. It was fun to play a full night of music. Thanks to Java Good and to the many folks who stopped in and enjoyed the music. I got to play a broad range of music, including many originals, American Songbook jazz standards, some blues, some folk, and a sprinkling of nice Gospel tunes and R&B. There's nothing like music, and this was a special night.
